NetCrunch Licensing Model

AdRem NetCrunch is licensed per number of monitored nodes. It does not limit the number of network services, performance counters, or interfaces that you can monitor on these nodes.

NetCrunch Remote Access License

It enables users to access the program remotely, with the ability to restrict their access rights to specific program objects and operations. For example, you can allow one user to view only maps of a given part of the network, while allowing another user to change configuration of selected devices. NetCrunch Remote Access License allows specifying the number of remote users to access the program at the same time.

Technical limitations

Be aware that the number of monitored network nodes is limited by the capacity of the system NetCrunch is running on, and the available network bandwidth. NetCrunch Premium XE takes advantage of high-performance systems and can monitor up to a several thousand nodes. It is prepared to be run on a dedicated machine so that you can benefit from its scalability potential. NetCrunch Premium may also run on a non-dedicated machine and perform best in a several hundred nodes' environment.
