Remote Administration Console

NetCrunch 6 can be configured remotely using Administration Console. Highly optimized remote access protocol (with encryption and compression) gives multiple administrators fast access to NetCrunch data. Multiple NetCrunch servers can be also easily accessed from single workstation

Hardware & Software Inventory

for Windows

WMI inventory, compare devices inventory or between inventory audits on the same device, track history of changes, track quick fixes. View installed software. Check what software is installed on all devices of a given map.

New Reports

Reports can be created from any view in the Network Atlas. You can simply choose tab, columns and data grouping and finally new report can be scheduled.

Improved Performance & Scalability

NetCrunch 6 is built on Client/Server architecture which separates server tasks and GUI.

This makes NetCrunch 6 faster, more stable and more scalable then ever before.

SNMP MIB Compiler

NetCrunch 6 contains about 2500 precompiled MIB modules and can manage many more. New compiler is much faster but also much better solves vendor MIBs specific issues.

Events Database

New event database events twice as fast and scales up to 128GB of data.

Redesigned Web Interface

Web console has been redesigned to give more application-like user experience.

Other Improvements

Export & Import atlas views (including policies). Perform atlas backup up to 10x faster. Annual reports can now be created. Improved alert actions processing allows to process thousands of notifications.
GUI Extensions: improved selection of date ranges, easier to read charts and gauges. Node status window can be docked.
