NetCrunch at Interop Tokyo 2015
NetCrunch has been presented at the largest IT show in Japan. This year's edition of Interop Tokyo welcomed over 136 thousand of visitors.
Interop Expo in Japan is the largest IT event in the country. Our partner Johokobo was there demonstrating the capabilities of the latest NetCrunch network monitoring system.
NetCrunch is available in 5 languages: Polish, English, French, German and Japanese. We’ve been present on the Japanese market for the last 10 years, and attend industry trade shows regularly – states Tomasz Kunicki, AdRem Software founder and CEO. Tokyo is the home of Johokobo, our most important partner. Johokobo is our exclusive partner on the Japanese market responsible for sales, training seminars, as well as consulting. Since early 2006 they have become a strategic ally, responsible for 30 percent of AdRem’s global sales – ads Tomasz Kunicki.
NetCrunch received a warm welcome on the Japanese market.
What we really like about NetCrunch are the predefined Monitoring Packs; they simplify our everyday work. We also like the fact that we can visually display the Network traffic on each Interface. I should also mention the Physical Segments, and how they visually show the Bandwidth throughput between the nodes – explains Yasuhiko Nagahara, IT manager at the Hiroshima University of Economics
The Interop Tokyo trade show was a good opportunity for us to showcase the latest improvements to our latest system – NetCrunch 8.7. Everyone that visited our booth was able to experience NetCrunch first hand, and learn about the benefits it has to offer.
Interns that come from come from countries for which we have dedicated language versions help us test the various language versions of NetCrunch. A few years back we’ve switched our system structure to a more modular hierarchy, which made it easier to split up projects into smaller tasks. Our programming interns actively participate in the lifecycle of the project by working on these smaller modular tasks –states Elźbieta Mistachowicz, AdRem Software’s VP.
Everything I’ve picked up while working at AdRrem was interesting. It was here that I got to work on a real life programming project – states Ryosuke Murata, Japanese robotics student. I was able to experience the Polish work environment, something totally different from what are used to in Japan – he continues, as he talks about his internship at AdRem Software in Krakow, Poland.
Interop is one of the leading global trade shows in the IT market. It’s a great place to share ideas, and collaborate with other like-minded individuals. The Japanese Interop was held in Tokyo at the Mahuri Messe expo center, and welcomed over 136,000 visitors.
