Incoming Syslog messages
You can indicate for the program to listen for incoming Syslog messages on any specified port.
Incoming Syslog messages can be redirected to any other node - in such case the host name or IP address of the node and the port it will be listening on, must be indicated.
Syslog event information
NetCrunch combines Syslog events by their source and content.
Information about the number of combined Syslog events is generated every 15 seconds by default and displayed in the Syslog.Count field, located in the Event Details window.
