You can download exactly the same version of NetCrunch from the demo page and use it for upgrading your NetCrunch.
The NetCrunch download link is available in the customer portal when all language versions are released, which is usually 4 weeks after the initial English release.
The reason for the delay is that we are dedicating additional testing time to the atlas update for existing customers to ensure the data is correctly updated, not just the software itself.
