NetCrunch 11 to NetCrunch 12 Upgrade Procedure

Is there anything I need to know or do before upgrading NetCrunch to keep my data intact? Do I need to do something about the license?

Applies to 12.x 11.x

  1. Please login to the Customer Portal and download NetCrunch Server and Console from the download section. If you do not remember your password, click on Forgot Password.

  2. Optionally, create a full backup of your NetCrunch 11 configuration (Atlas->Maintenance->Backup->Full Backup).

  3. Run NetCrunch 12 Server Installer - it will uninstall the previous version of NetCrunch automatically and update your Atlas configuration data. The license will be kept.

After Installing

Your NetCrunch Server will restart automatically. Now you can check your license and upgrade subscription info in the Help->About AdRem NetCrunch window.
