Please login to the Customer Portal and download NetCrunch Server and Console from the download section. Use the same credentials you used for myadrem.com in the past. If you do not remember your password, click on Forgot Password.

Create a quick backup of your NetCrunch 9 configuration (
Atlas->Maintenance->Backup->Quick Backup) -
Run NetCrunch 10 Server Installer - it will uninstall the previous version of NetCrunch automatically and update your Atlas configuration data in place.

Your program starts in the evaluation mode now.
For NetCrunch Server that is connected to the Internet

Select
Install Licensebutton or go to menu?->Install License. -
Choose
Online activation -
Log in to the customer portal. NetCrunch will automatically download and activate your license.
For NetCrunch Server in an isolated network
- In NetCrunch console, select
Install Licensebutton or go to menu?->Install License. - Choose
Install from File - Save your activation key displayed in the frame.
- Log in from another device (with internet connection) to the Customer Portal
- Enter saved activation code and download the license file. Your license file can now be installed on the specified NetCrunch Server.
- Go back to the NetCrunch console (
Install from Filewindow) - Click on Load License from File
Every time when you want to update your license, you need just download a newer license file.
After Installing
Your NetCrunch Server will restart automatically. Now you can check your license and maintenance info in the?->About window.
License deactivation
License deactivation is mandatory before moving NetCrunch installation to another machine.
To deactivate your licence, use NCLicensemanager.exe located in the start menu or in the program installation directory, and follow the steps listed there.
