Key benefits:

  • Easy to deploy
  • Functional interface
  • Finding problems before endusers know about them

The Challenge

Implementing NetCrunch was preceded by several trial runs using open source network monitoring solutions. However, it was taking too much time to customize such software. In result, Plus Verkot Oy decided to go for the commercial solution, and the AdRem’s software was selected a few years ago.

“We upgraded from version 4 [of NetCrunch] straight to version 6 and are happy to say we are extremely pleased with the new features in the program as well as with the easy and speedy deployment”. –says Petri Junkkari from Plus Verkot when asked about the advantages of recent release of NetCrunch.

The Solution

According to Plus Verkot Oy experience, the main advantages of the NetCrunch  are that it was easy to deploy, easy to configure and has a user-friendly interface. Like our other customers, Petri Junkkari says that NetCrunch is significantly helpful in avoiding potential problems. Thanks to this proactive aspect of the software, users hardly ever have to face them.
By monitoring specific performance trends the administrators can ensure high quality of service for their customers.
