Such errors may occur when the User used for Linux monitoring has insufficient access rights.
To fix this issue, make sure that:
- User has access right to su or sudo (i.e., is included in sudoers file for sudo).
- In NetCrunch, the user profile used for monitoring has the root password specified, and the proper profile to execute control actions is selected.
