NetCrunch upgrade is pretty straightforward. You install the new version over the old one. Data is migrated automatically. Before the upgrade, we recommend creating a full atlas backup and deactivating the license using NCLicenseManager.exe, located in the NetCrunch program folder, and then activating it after the upgrade is successful.
