Most likely this device is down. Try the following actions:
- If you think that the node is running, despite the inactive engine status, check the status of assigned network services: double-click on the device to see node status details.
- You may also try to delete this node and re-add it in NetCrunch. But be aware that such an action results in deleting all history data related to this node.
- Also see if you can connect to this node via perfmon.
