It is possible to set NetCrunch to work on domain account, to do that please use following steps:
- Open up Services window (this can be accessed from control panel or just by typing: "services" in search box)
- Search for AdRem NetCrunch Server on a list of services
- Right-Click on AdRem Netcrunch server and go to properties, set "startup type" to Automatic (delayed start)
- Switch tab to "Log On" and change Radio-Button to "This account" and provide Domain account which should be used by NetCrunch
- Save changes and restart NetCrunch Server service
- Restart NetCrunch Console
