How to change Domain Password or User used by NetCrunch to monitor Windows Domains?

  1. On your NetCrunch server open NetCrunch Server service properties
  2. Switch tab to "Log On"
  3. Change credentials
  4. Save changes and restart AdRem Netcrunch Server Service
