Connecting to NetCrunch Server using Desktop Console after upgrade to 9.2

What credentials should I use to login to the console?

Applies to 9.x

We have introduced desktop console login in NetCrunch 9.2. It is using the same credentials as you use for accessing webconsole (in the browser)

  1. Please login with Admin account and your password
  2. If you have not set any password for the Admin user before, please leave the password field blank - NetCrunch will ask you to enter (create) new Admin password
  3. If you forgot the Admin password, please run nccli.exe with reset-admin-password parameter. You can find it in C:\Program Files\AdRem\NetCrunch\Server\9.0

Please note that it is recommended to connect to NetCrunch Server from the remote desktop using desktop console. Please refrain from running desktop Console on NetCrunch Server (and connecting to it using Windows Remote Desktop), because Windows Remote Desktop connections are negatively affecting server performance.
