What folders should I exclude from the anti-virus scan that runs on the NetCrunch Server?

In general, we do not recommend running the anti-virus software on the server where NetCrunch is installed, but if it is required by the company's security policy, here is the list of folders you need to exclude from antivirus checks

• Program installation folder
• Default data folder: %ProgramData%\AdRem\
• Custom data folder if it is different from the default
• Console data folder (created for each logged-in user who is using NetCrunch): %LOCALAPPDATA%\AdRem\

In addition, you should exclude the following folders: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AdRem\
