Unless requested otherwise, in most cases, the trial extension license is a NetCrunch Enterprise edition. The next steps depend on which NetCrunch edition you ultimately purchased, as well as what you have tested.
A. If you have purchased the same product edition that you tested (for example, tested Enterprise and purchased Enterprise), you just need to open (hamburger menu)->Help->Refresh Program License.
B. If you have purchased a different product edition than the one you tested (for example, you tested Enterprise but purchased NetCrunch Professional), the procedure is as follows:
- Open NCLicenseManager.exe
- Click on the Deactivate button
- The NCServer service will be restarted
- Open NCConsole
- Open
Top Menu->?->Install Program License - Click on Online or From License File (use the second option if installing NetCrunch in an isolated/air-gapped network)
- If you selected Online, please log in with your AdRem Account email and password and click on the Login button.
- Select your license.
The NCServer service will be automatically restarted to apply the license you selected.
If you've used the trial version of NetCrunch without requesting a trial extension license from AdRem, then the installation of a production license is a straightforward process.

- If you selected Online, please log in with your AdRem Account email and password and click on the button Login.
- Select your license
The NCServer service will be automatically restarted to apply the license you selected.
