Removing license in NetCrunch

Removing license is possible with NCLicensemanager.exe located in the start menu or in the program installation directory.

When license is installed and you want to deactivate it, please do the following:

1. Open NetCrunch License Manager.
2. Click Deactivate button.
3. Choose type of deactivation: on-line or off-line.

Deactivate on-line option:

1. Enter your email and password to your customer portal and click Login button.
2. Confirm license deactivation by click Deactivate button.
3. NetCrunch server will restart, click Continue.
4. Close NetCrunch License Manager.

Deactivate off-line option:

1. Window with deactivation code appears in Deactivation Confirmation window, copy this code.
2. Open browser and login to Customer Portal.
3. Click Deactivate button on relevant license.
4. Enter key provided by the program and click Deactivate.
5. Close NetCrunch License Manager.
