Please be sure that the SNMP agent is installed and enabled on this machine you want to monitor.
Also, if the community name is different than the public, it should be set accordingly in NetCrunch.
If a node has an icon with a yellow star this does not necessarily mean that the node has SNMP agent running. It only means that the option (Manageable SNMP Host) is checked on the particular node.
