In the Network Atlas window, right-click the Performance Views section or any folder belonging to it.
From the context menu, point to New and select the Chart View menu item.
In the Create New Chart View window select Dynamic Chart View option.
In the Performance Map Properties window, enter the chart view name and select a performance counter to be used. You may select one from the available list or add a new one.
In the Default Color Scheme select the style in which the chart will be displayed.
In the Default Panel Type select the type of the graph to be used (Chart, Gauge or Bar).
In the Group by specify whether panels should be grouped by node, counter or without grouping (none).
Switch to the Node Filtering tab and create node-filtering criteria.
Switch to the Web Access Rights tab to manage access rights for this view.
