To deactivate your license, use NCLicenseManager.exe located in the Start menu or in the program installation directory, and follow the steps listed there.
Deactivation will convert the program into a 7-day trial, allowing you to reprovision your license in the upgraded environment.
Please note:
If you deactivate the license online, you have to activate it online as well. If you deactivate the license offline, you have to activate it offline as well.
