By default NetCrunch events are deleted after 30 days.
Performance trends are stored on a disk for 60 days by default. But also there's option to not delete trends automatically after specific time.
Both values can be changed according to needs in the
Tools->Options->General Options->Maintenance.
If you want to keep all trends data just uncheck Max performance trend data age checkbox.
