By default NetCrunch events are deleted after 60 days.
This can be changed according to needs by going into the Tools > Options >General Options menu and selecting Maintenance
Trends are stored on a disk indefinitely and they do not get deleted automatically. You can set automatic deletion of trends in the
Tools > Options > General Options > Maintenance menu.
Put a check mark next to Automatically Remove Trends Older than.
