In order to upgrade NetCrunch 6.x from trial to full version, simply install the license. The license file can be downloaded from the customer's portal: MyAdRem.
If you would like to move your atlas from a TEST server to a PRODUCTION server, you can also do a File->Export->Atlas and save it to your desktop. Then after you install the full version simple import the .ncb (NetCrunch Backup file) by selecting File->Import->Atlas.
