Yes. NetCrunch allows you to define and monitor custom services. To create a new network service definition, go to (Tools->Options-> Monitoring -> Network Services -> Definitions). Click on Add Network Service button add your own Network service.
Then when you're finished defining it, add it to a specific node (or multiply-selected a group of nodes) by right clicking on the node and selecting Monitoring-->Network Services-->properties.
