For GSM configuration, go to Settings->Alerting & Notifications->Mobile Modem Settings. Do the following steps:
- Please be sure that there are no AT+C commands.
- Connect your cell phone to the available COM port and click on the icon with three dots to configure your device.
- Click
Check deviceand NetCrunch will try to discover the device. If the configuration was successful, NetCrunch should identify your cell phone type, and the GSM Device should be OK. - Go to your nodes that you want to monitor (or if the entire Atlas, Select Policies), and configure the alert.
Note: You need to have the driver file installed before you can discover the device. You may download your driver from your cell phone vendor. Please note that AdRem does not support driver installation for individual cell phones.
