Basic GSM Setup (6.x-8.x)

Have you tried the basic GSM setup, then?

For GSM configuration go to Tools->Options->Notification->GSM Device. Do the following steps:

1. Please be sure that there are no AT+C commands.
2. Connect your cell phone to the available COM port and click on the icon with three dots to configure your device.
3. Click Check device and NetCrunch will try to discover the device. If configuration was successful, NetCrunch should identify your cell phone type and GSM Device should be OK.
4. Go to your nodes that you want to monitor (or if entire Atlas, Select Policies), and configure the alert.

Note: You need to have the driver file installed before discovering the device. You may download your driver from you cell phone vendor. Please note, that AdRem does not support driver installation for individual cell phones.
