Configuring an email or SMS alert

How do I receive email, SMS notifications ?

Right-click the event definition on the node settings level or in the Monitoring Pack and edit the alerting script.
Click Add button to add an action that will be executed immediately or delayed. You can add more than one action to the selected event.
From the Basic tab double-click one of the following actions: email, SMS via GSM, SMS via email.
On Edit Action Parameters window type in a description and all necessary parameters (i.e., email, SMS gateway, etc.).
For the email action, type in the email address.
From Message format pull-down menu, select the desired format.
Click OK when done.
