NetCrunch provides a tool to modify message format that is used in notification actions like: email or sms.
- In order to change subject, body or both, go to
Tools->Alerting & Reporting->Alerting Message Formats->Message Definitions. - Double-click any format and add the information you want.
- You can use Insert Event Parameters button to add new parameters.
- Once it is done, you need to select appropriate message format while defining an action (email or sms).
