NetCrunch 6.x provides tool to modify message format that is used in notification actions like: email or sms.
In order to change subject, body or both, click Tools->Alerting & Reporting->Alerting Message Formats.
Doubleclick on any format and add the information you want.
You can use 'Insert Event Parameters' button to add new parameters.
Once it is done, you need to select appropriate message format while defining an action (email or sms).
