First you will need to configure a user profile. See the following related KB article on how to do thishere. Then follow these steps:
- right click on node and select Reporting->Edit Node Data Collection Policy (Note: You can do it on atlas, map or node level)
- click 'Add Report' button to add a new report

select desired report
- (Note: NetCrunch comes with predefined reports divided in several groups like: Services & Interfaces, Windows, Linux etc.)
- (Note: It is possible to create report based on monitored parameters i.e. CPU Usage, Bandwidth utilization etc.)
- to configure report schedule click on 'Edit' button and select 'Edit Report Scheduling'
- check one of the available options (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

if the report should be sent to any user, click [+] icon under 'Mail Report to...' column
- (Note: It is possible to select only user account that was previously created in NetCrunch)
- click 'OK' when done
