How do I configure NetCrunch to email my reports to me or a supervisor?

Setting up a business hours notification schedule

I want to put my printers in a schedule from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm so if something is going on I know about it.....but outside that, I don't get alerted. Do I set up an alert script?
