Physical map is wrong or shows incomplete information HP switch
I have a HP procurve 4104 GL switch. I have checked bridge forwarding database information from SNMP-->view in NetCrunch. Device type is correctly displayed. Some SNMP information appears in SNMP-->View.

Physical map shows incomplete information: missing devices or port number.
I have noticed that in the "Physical Segment" view, I have a switch that has 6 nodes connected. When I double click and go to the "interfaces" tab, it indicates there are 11 active ports on the switch. It does not show the eleven that it should. It also does not always display the port number that the node is connected to. It looks like it possibly could be covered up by node icon. There is a "dumb" switch connected to that the port. How do I edit my physical segments map to show correct information?
