Physical map shows incomplete information: missing devices or port number.
I have noticed that in the "Physical Segment" view, I have a switch that has 6 nodes connected. When I double click and go to the "interfaces" tab, it indicates there are 11 active ports on the switch. It does not show the eleven that it should. It also does not always display the port number that the node is connected to. It looks like it possibly could be covered up by node icon. There is a "dumb" switch connected to that the port. How do I edit my physical segments map to show correct information?

The option that I frequently need for diagnostics is finding out which switch device and on which switch port it is connected. What is the best place to find it in NetCrunch?
