It is possible to adjust the monitoring of ping or any other network service defined in NetCrunch. You can change the number of packets sent (Repeat Count/Additional Repeat Count) and the Timeout.
Monitoring parameters of the selected service can be changed globally in:
Settings->Monitoring->Auto Discovered Services
or locally for each node.
