When you attach your mobile to the pc using a USB port, a modem with a virtual com port should appear in device manager.
NetCrunch should be able to utilize it and send sms alerts.
Devices with BlueTooth and IrDA should work similarly.

I would like to send sms alerts using a nokia to try but I only see a usb port and I can only chose serial ports from the NetCrunch. Can you help me with that?
