All or some devices shown as down
All or some devices shown as down in NetCrunch. When I look at Ping statistics by double clicking a device and selecting "Network Services", it says: Invalid address. I can use the cmd line ping and it works.

Does NetCrunch have a heart-beat monitor that will alert me via sms that it's still monitoring ?
